Do you provide on-site parking?
I am sorry we do not currently offer parking at our facilities. Parking at either park and ride is free.
Do you offer residential pickups?
You can take advantage of our Point to Shuttle services for $10 for 1, and $20 for 2 or more, within Colorado Springs city limits. We will pick you up and charge you when we pick you up. You may pay cash or with credit card. Sorry at this time our Point to shuttle service is only available within Colorado Springs. After you book your trip call us to book your Point to Shuttle trip.
Do I need advance reservations for transportation?
We highly recommend it. To ensure your space, we recommend a minimum of 24 hours’ notice when booking a reservation. We do our best to accommodate those customers who do not provide advance notice, but service cannot be guaranteed.
What are your Hours of Operation?
Our office hours are daily 4:00am to 12:00am where one of our dispatchers or drivers are waiting to help you out and get your unforgettable trip planned to the mountains. We can be reached at (719) 666-2460.
How To Find The Shuttle At DIA Airport
At the Denver International Airport we pick-up on both the East Side and West Side of baggage claim. Passengers need to exit through door 514 on the west and 503 on the east and continue to Island 5.
How To Find The Shuttle At COS Airport
At the Colorado Springs Airport, we pick-up and drop off outside arrivals, level 1 in lane 2.
How do I make an airport shuttle reservation?
The easiest and most convenient way to make a reservation is to use our online reservation system. You can also call our office to make your reservation.
How early should I arrive for my reservation?
To maintain an on-time schedule, we kindly request all passengers be ready at their pickup location at least 15 minutes prior to departure.
What do I do if my flight is delayed?
If you’ve missed your scheduled shuttle please call our office at 719 666 2460 as soon as possible and we will rebook you on the next available departure.
Are shuttle reservations required?
To ensure availability, we strongly encourage reservations. We will do our very best to accommodate customers who do not provide advance notice, but service cannot be guaranteed.
How do I cancel my reservation?
You must cancel or change your reservation 24 hours before your departure time. Refunds will not be issued to customers calling in or cancelling less than 24 hours before your travel date. Same day reservations are non-refundable.
Do you accept credit card and cash payments?
We require a credit card for any advance reservations made on the phone and online, we gladly accept all major credit cards.
Each passenger may bring one full size suitcase under 50 lbs and one carry-on suitcase, plus a purse, briefcase, laptop case or a small backpack.
Currently extra bags do not carry a charge unless excessive in nature. If excessive drivers can charge $15 a bag.
No single piece shall exceed a maximum length of 54” and maximum weight of 50 lbs.
How old must I be to travel alone?
Unaccompanied Minors, defined as passengers aged 15 to 17, may ride alone but a parent or guardian must submit an Unaccompanied Minor form before departure to ensure travel arrangements. Passengers aged 14 and under must travel with a parent or guardian.
Do you provide car seats?
All children under age 8, less than 57 inches tall or less than 40 pounds must be securely buckled in an age-appropriate child restraint seat. We are unable to provide car seats or booster seats on shuttles and require all passengers to provide them for their children. We are unable to hold any child restraint seats in our office.
Please Note: The mifold Booster Seat is not approved by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS).
Are pets allowed on the shuttle?
Service dogs are allowed on our shuttles. Please alert our agents when booking a reservation if you will be traveling with a service dog so we may reserve a seat at no additional charge for the service dog.
All other pets are required to be in an appropriately sized travel crate and must fit on the van. We recommend traveling with pets to take our VIP Point-to-Point Shuttle Service.
What if I leave something on a shuttle?
Infinity Shuttle is not responsible for any lost or damaged items, however, if you have left something behind please call your local office and we will do our best to reunite you with your belongings.
Lost or Damaged Luggage/Items
Infinity Shuttle shall not be responsible for any lost or damaged luggage or any of the contents of customers luggage, to include, but not limited to, personal electronic items such as ipads, laptop computers, etc.
Do you offer corporate or government accounts?
If your organization’s associates travel regularly or you have clients, guests or prospective employees that travel to or from your office, a corporate/government account offers many advantages to your organization.
Infinity provides customized invoices or vouchers to your organization.
Any service can be used at any scheduled time.
Reservation can be made up to two hours prior to the trip time.
Your reservations can be made by you, your guest, or by us.
There are no taxes or handling fees.
Infinity eliminates the need to reimburse your associate or guest.
